issues are resolved. We are committed to continuous improvement and plan to extend our Social Compliance
Program to our fabric mills within the next 12 months to ensure our entire product manufacturing process meets

Our manufacturing supplier is registered on SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), a global platform that
enables us to manage and assess risks concerning labour rights, health and safety, the environment, and

supply chain.
Annual Audits
To maintain continuous compliance with our ethical standards, our supplier must undergo an independent
ethical audit every 12 months. These audits are critical for assessing supplier adherence to our Supplier
