Interview Process & Tips
- Prepare for your interview by self-reflecting on your experience and the value you believe you can bring to Lorna Jane. Consider questions such as: What are your strengths? What are your areas of opportunities? What are your career goals?
- This will be a perfect opportunity to learn about Lorna Jane's history, values and the products we sell. This knowledge will demonstrate your interest in Lorna Jane and will allow you to prepare questions that you are wanting to ask during the interview.
- What to wear: We encourage you to show your style by wearing your favourite Lorna Jane outfit to the interview. Otherwise, you might feel most comfortable to come in smart-casual attire.

Started as QLD Events and Promotions Coordinator and is currently our Retail Technology Product Owner.
